At JerseyCrest, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized jerseys (name, number, logo, or team customization)

  • Bulk/team orders

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale offers

  • Used or washed products

3. Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in cases of:

  • Out-of-stock products after payment

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Damaged or defective product confirmed by our team

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
